chore: bump latex2js/latex2react to 4.4.0

Summary

Keeps the site on the current renderer after Mathapedia/LaTeX2JS#37 (raster figures now carry .latex2js-figure and pick up --latex2js-parskip, so \img figures space like paragraphs and pspictures instead of relying on inline-image leading that a modern CSS reset removes).

Nothing transitive moved — latex2js@4.4.0 / latex2react@4.4.0 still depend on ^4.2.0 pstricks/settings/utils, ^3.2.0 macros and ^4.2.0 mathjaxjs. The minimumReleaseAgeExclude entries are exact-version pins, so they move with the bump or a fresh install fails the release-age policy.

Verified the PSTricks examples and /sandbox still render under 4.4.0 (svg present, no runtime errors).
