Closes #492.

Ports the #283 shell-panel freeze back for Wind (sprite) sessions: while the emoji picker, Win+V or the touch keyboard is open, the real pointer is shown magnified via the cursor lens, frozen by a 1 px clip and moved by Wind with the view. Native sessions are unchanged.

  • build.bat check and build.bat test (643/643) pass
  • Signed deploy, owner-tested: works

…ing (#492)

The Wind (sprite) session drew its cursor under the emoji picker, Win+V and the
touch keyboard: the shell composes them above every band. Ports the #283 panel
freeze back for Wind sessions only: FocusTracker watches TextInputHost's IME
window, MapPointer freezes the real pointer with a 1 px clip and moves it from
raw input at the learned desktop gain, and the model shows it through the
cursor lens (public prime only as a fallback) and moves the pin right after the
view write. Hidden from the lock tell and the gain learner; tracking, keyboard
pan, edge mode and the pan glide pause; the saved clip is restored on close,
Inspect entry and teardown.
