New project submission: CommunityFix #149

Name: CommunityFix
Website: https://communityfix.org/
Repository: https://github.com/mathix420/communityfix
Category: Society, Environment, Health
Description: CommunityFix is an open-source collaborative knowledge graph that helps communities stop solving the same problems from scratch. It connects societal and environmental issues with competing solutions and structured evidence from real-world implementations, including outcomes, failures, costs, metrics, sources, and lessons learned.

The live catalog already contains 272 case studies and 252 clearly identified evidence gaps. Contributors can improve the Nuxt, Vue, and TypeScript platform, build better search and knowledge-graph visualizations, strengthen collaboration features, or help turn incomplete evidence into practical, reusable knowledge.

We are looking for developers who want their code to help people understand what has already been tried, what worked in different contexts, and how better solutions can be built together.
