Helm's `default` treats false as empty, so `default true false` is true:
keycloak.enabled and platform-ui.ingress.enabled could not be turned off.
`if`/`ternary` also misread quoted booleans ("false" is truthy, ternary
rejects strings), breaking cluster.managed from --set-string or ArgoCD.

Rendered only when platform-ui.notebook.enabled; requires Keycloak.
The crypt key comes from jupyterhub.cryptKey or a pre-created
jupyterhub-crypt secret, so it stays stable across ArgoCD syncs.

Without OAUTH_CALLBACK_URL the hub derives the callback from the request,
which is http:// behind platform-ui nginx, so Keycloak sent users back to
http://<host>/notebook/hub/oauth_callback.

Add jupyterhub.codex.baseUrl/model. When set, the hub gets
CODEX_VLLM_BASE_URL/CODEX_VLLM_MODEL, which jupyterhub_config.py forwards
to every notebook pod for the Jupyter AI Codex persona. Empty by default.
