…ctivities filter - EXO-87180 (#894) Implement the news ActivityTypePlugin resolving news Metadata objects back to their displaying activities, so news activities marked as favorite show up in the favorite activities stream filter. Replaces the XML-registered generic ActivityTypePlugin (same activity type and notification setting). Knowledge: Meeds-io/eng-standards#44
