As we shift manual subscribers to Stripe, they will need to use the “manage subscription” page on the website to view payment details. Adding a guide to our documentation would help clarify where they can find an unpaid invoice and what it looks like.
I expect this to fit within the subscription section, which already covers the management portal well. Please review the portal’s appearance below when an unpaid invoice is present:
Secondly, they also receive email with the payment link, which can also be used to access the payment details. Here is important to show them from what email domain they can expect the email so that they are not worried about any hoax mails. I don't know if production stripe sends them invoices from different address than the testing one.
