[iOS][Network provider] Satellites in use and in view are always the same

Description
On iOS with the Network provider, satellites in use and satellites in view always show the same number (e.g. 10/10), both in the GPS info dialog and in feature forms. This suggests one value is being copied into the other instead of being reported separately.

Environment

• Device: iPhone 15
• OS: iOS 26
• App build: 2026.5.0 (952111)
• Provider: Network

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the position provider to Network.
2. Open the GPS info dialog and check the satellite values.
3. Open a feature form using @position_used_satellites and @position_visible_satellites, add a feature, and check the values.

Actual result:
Both values are always the same (e.g. 10/10), in the GPS info dialog and in the form.

Expected result:
Used and visible satellites reflect the real data, and used ≤ visible.
