Adds a live x402 example under Example Apps: a $0.02 USDC (Base) npm-package trust/risk check, aggregating registry age, download counts, GitHub org/stars, and OSV.dev vulnerability data into one score. No API key or signup required. Verified passing Coinbase's official x402 validation API — valid: true, outcome: accepted.
