Please change my anu.edu.au GitHub User ID from penguian to paul-leopardi

In July and again in August I asked for my GitHub User ID within the https://github.com/orgs/MetOffice/teams/anu-edu-au team to be changed from https://github.com/penguian to https://github.com/paul-leopardi

I received no reply. What is the correct procedure for a change of GitHub User ID within the MetOffice organization?
