docs: state the IH conformance fixes as landed - #21

eclipse-edc/IdentityHub#1063 merged on 2026-08-29, so the nine cases it closed are no longer conditional. The legend note saying they are green only once it merges is gone, and their Notes now describe the behaviour on main rather than the pull request that introduced it. The PR is still cited where it explains what changed and why. No status marks move: the IH column stays at 82 green, 3 unknown and 2 red.
