Add the SmartWikiEntryScope, SmartWikiEntrySelectedSitesList, and SmartWikiEntrySelectedSitesListOperation parameters to all Set-SPOTenant syntax blocks, add parameter reference sections, and add examples that show how to configure the setting and view it with Get-SPOTenant.
