Updating the sandbox deployment returned HTTP 400 because the handler omitted the authenticated administrator audit source. Attach the existing source before dispatch so the deployment transaction can commit and record its audit entry.
Validation: a real HTTP → execution owner → PostgreSQL regression reproduces the original 400 and verifies the fix, audit identity/request correlation, and unchanged state for unauthorized, stale and invalid-audit requests. API package tests, focused database tests (including race ×50), vet and repository hygiene pass.
