MiniMax native prompts still instructed use of builtin bash and file tools after the protected workspace policy removed those tools. Apply the existing policy to native prompt capabilities and condition the upstream guidance on the available tools, retaining ordinary native guidance and exact MCP names.
Validation: the actual pinned native renderer fails the new regression before the change and passes afterward for protected root/child profiles; ordinary complete-tool template renders remain byte-identical. Package checks and syntax checks pass. The companion build now runs this regression. Integrated native build and the affected live micro workflow will be qualified with the related cancellation changes; this patch does not assert model compliance or establish complete live tool discovery.
