First-time administrators can register with a username and password without an initialization key. Remove that key from the console, installer and documentation while preserving atomic single-account creation, durable registration, origin checks and existing login behavior.

Present onboarding as a standalone full-screen tutorial with animated steps, persistent skip, theme/language controls and reduced-motion support. Remove the sidebar and redundant branding from setup and onboarding; ordinary navigation returns after skipping or completing the introduction.

Validation: core-console race tests, 106 installer tests, Web typecheck, 12 existing onboarding browser tests and a new preference-menu regression pass. A real console process passed keyless setup, duplicate registration rejection, restart and login. Independent blind review found no remaining issues. Linux make check passed distribution, database, sqlc, Go/Core, provider, Claude SDK, typecheck, 404 client and 773 Web unit tests, and the Web build. The broad browser gate is not green and was stopped after unrelated failures; four sampled failures reproduce identically on clean baseline 1377053 (stale English text expectations). Other broad-suite failures were not fully classified. Remaining MiniMax/executor targets passed separately. No unrelated test expectations were changed.
