Summary

Replaces the README demo GIF with one in the style of the Pulse VS Code extension demo: a macOS window on the light Miragon background, in the Miragon palette, telling a short repair story instead of a single advance.

The GIF shows three real CLI calls against a fresh Operaton 2.1.5 engine: operate inspect finds an order instance with a failed charge-payment job and its root cause (an expired card), operate process-instance set-variable fixes cardExpiry, and operate retry --now --wait retries the job, after which the instance waits at ship-order. The README alt text now describes this flow. The script that recorded it is not part of the repository.

Verified by rendering the GIF (1320 px, ~21 s, 0.17 MB) and checking its frames. npm run check was not run; only the README alt text changed besides the image.

Checklist

  • npm run check passes
  • npm run test:integration passes (only if the behaviour against an engine changed)
  • The guide (src/docs/) and the matching page in docs/ are updated (only if a command, option or output changed)
  • PR title is a changelog-worthy Conventional-Commit summary
