Dependency shepherd: stopped, needs a human decision

• Failing job: cibseven-embedded · Pre-Merge Checks · Java/Maven and Kotlin/Gradle / Backend build + contract drift, plus both Starter builds on its own jobs. The command is bpmnlint --max-warnings=0 "*/service/app/src/main/resources/bpmn/*.bpmn".
• Cause: @miragon/bpmnlint-plugin-rules 0.12.1 → 0.16.0 adds the rule @miragon/rules/async-continuations. It reports 28 errors on the bike-leasing BPMN files, each asking for camunda:asyncBefore on start events, service tasks, end events and the join gateway.
• Why no fix was pushed: adding asyncBefore changes transaction boundaries and failure behaviour of the process. That is a business-logic decision (AGENTS.md: ask first), and it would touch many elements in both variants. It is also a 0.x minor bump, so it counts as major-equivalent.
• Hold-back not possible: this MR only contains this one bump. Holding it back would leave nothing to merge, and closing the MR would make Dependabot skip 0.16.0.
• Commit mode: comment-only. The target branch requires signed commits, and this run has no signing or API commit tool. Nothing was pushed, so the branch is still bot-maintained.

Options:

1. Decide whether the examples should adopt asyncBefore, add it to the BPMN files and keep this bump.
