⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• cli: pulse-cli completion is gone and the Homebrew formula no longer installs a completion script, so Tab completion stops working in a plain shell after upgrading.
• cli: the first deploy without --name after the update deploys every resource again under the name pulse-cli, since unchanged files are compared per deployment name; pass --name operate to keep the old deployment line. An external task locked by an earlier advance as operate can be completed once its lock expires, or with --worker-id operate.
• cli: pulse-cli no longer reads the names of operate (up to 0.10.0), earlier than the "first release after 2027-01-31" its warning announced: set PULSE_CLI_* instead of OPERATE_* (PULSE_CLI_URL, PULSE_CLI_TOKEN …), rename .operate.json to .pulse-cli.json (the VS Code extension reads only that name too), move ~/.config/operate/config.json to ~/.config/pulse-cli/config.json (Windows: %APPDATA%\pulse-cli) and run pulse-cli auth login once, and call pulse-cli instead of operate (the Homebrew formula no longer links it).
