docs: compact the docs and name the tool Pulse only - #486

Merge the CLI quick start into getting started, drop an unused screenshot, number the VS Code screenshots in page order, refresh the stale board screenshot and remove the operate rename note.

Why
The docs carried an unused screenshot, a stale copy of the board screenshot, two CLI pages that began with the same steps, and the tool's old names ("part of Miragon AI", "Renamed from operate"). Readers should meet one name, Pulse, and fewer pages.
What
