Hi, we have just released dalex v1.8.0 (2026-01-20), which intentionally requires pandas<3.0.0 to counteract current and any future breaking API changes. My understanding is that dalex and related projects cannot work with pandas v2 and v3 simultaneously; hence the major version bump in pandas. Realistically, a new dalex version could force users to use pandas>=3.0.0 next year, when (1) we are sure it actually works, and (2) the majority of the community has adopted pandas v3 in their workflows.
