The inline next up/coming soon is ok, but a dedicated calendar button and screen would give more options to track what's coming for weeks and months and easier browsing.
Proposed solution
I have attached some screenshots of what it looks like in the Jellium Desktop app. It would be nice to add a button for the calendar itself either on the top bar or side (depending on user preference) and a full page breakout once you click/select the button.
Area
Seerr integration, Other / not sure, Custom home rows
Yes, makes sense well for me its not needed as ive it in homepage and helmarr ios app, I thought maybe for users.. but well its more clutter than usefull, i agree with you it might not be the place now that i thought twice about it.
I use Mdblist for tracking/scrobbling, which integrates with Moonfin/Radarr/Sonarr/etc. It has a nice calendar view on their website (and also can integrate with Google/Apple Calendars if desired).
So maybe more detail. My home theater is a PC hooked to a TV. That PC is not used for anything else. I don't open browsers or access other apps. My server is a separate machine in another part of the house. The purpose of putting a calendar button alleviates having to use another screen to see what's scheduled. That's it. It just takes the information that is already here (shown in the picture) and shows ALL of your requested stuff now and in the future. It just takes your Sonaar/Radarr calendar and puts it on screen. I have homarr and other apps for server management. But when sitting on the couch using Moonfin and my wife asks "when does this movie come to digital?" and its one i know i have scheduled i can just click the calendar button (or she can do it herself), instead of pulling out my phone/tablet, trying to open a browser etc etc. Not necessary, but it can be a good QOL for the people who use the app but don't manage or care to manage the server.

I like the idea, to add context this is from jellyfin-enhanced, not from jellium desktop

Personally, I don't think a media client is the best place for something like this.
