Collection of the reuse VIs from NEVSTOP-LAB.
docs/ is the VI reference, one page per palette folder. Each entry lists the
VI's description, its path, its connector pane terminals and the subVIs it calls. The same
description is stored in the VI itself, so it also shows in LabVIEW's Context Help.
