does dev discovery plugin get preserved? I see the config is gone

Nope, gets 🪓'd with socket and sqlite too. We don't use them, it's better for the moment to not have them since it's more files to maintain. |
Upstream version provides now `5.2.9-stable-v5.2.x-3005-6bce2d5c` as a version, using our package release to make the backend not freak out.

Removed old sync script and added a new one.
Updated to netifyd 5.2.9.
Removed unused plugins.
Added support for ARM builds.
