The native Linux build of Starbound is already discovered (the required files are all in assets/), but the executable was always win64/starbound.exe, which doesn't exist there.
On Linux this now points to linux/run-client.sh, the script Steam launches. It goes through the script rather than linux/starbound because the binary needs LD_LIBRARY_PATH set to find libsteam_api.so next to it.
Checked against the native Steam install: discovery works and the executable resolves to a file that exists.
