Adds an opt-in persisted physical-dimension mode with scientific and engineering units, strict dimensional arithmetic, conversions, readable superscript formatting, unit-aware functions and collections, updated default examples, and complete English/Chinese documentation. Updates package metadata to 3.0.0. Validation: 83 Vitest tests passed; Astro check passed; production build passed; 10 Playwright tests passed during implementation.
