Fern & Kettle — the NimbusCMS demo site

The theme + seed behind demo.nimbuscms.dev — a fictional neighbourhood café, built to show what an ordinary NimbusCMS site looks like (a menu collection, a home singleton, Markdown pages). No app-specific code — just content you model and edit.

• theme/ — the plain-PHP café theme (zero JS, one stylesheet).
• seed/ — the content, applied over MCP by seed/seed.php (idempotent).
• config/ — theme selection + the public menu.

The live demo runs in demo mode (NIMBUS_DEMO) and resets hourly.
