This PR is for discussion only. I ran the following to convert the whole repo from rst to myst:

find . -type f -name '*.rst' -exec sh -c '
  for f do
    echo "Moving: $f -> ${f%.rst}.md"
    git mv -- "$f" "${f%.rst}.md"
  done
' sh {} + 2>&1 | tee -a rename.log

 find . -type f -name \*.md -exec rst2myst convert {} \; >> rst2myst.log 2>&1

It doesn't look too bad, afaict, but we will want to discuss at our meeting on Friday.

This should work for converting .inc files:

find . -type f -name \*.inc -exec rst2myst convert {} \; >> rst2myst.log 2>&1
