Adds an "Add to collection" dialog to the Vue resource graphs (title, timespan, existing or new collection), replacing the AngularJS add-to-ksc modal.

Deletes the KSC controllers, JSPs, ksc-wizard app and /rest/ksc. The graph results helpers, header quick search, menu templates, Reports page and home page now use /api/v2/graph-collections and the SPA. The SPA list page gains a node and domain picker for on-the-fly collections. Docs and release notes updated; KSCEditorIT rewritten as GraphCollectionsIT.

Kept: ksc-performance-reports.xml, its XSD, the migrator, ksc.default.graphsPerLine, the kscReportUpdated UEI.

Verified: eslint, vue-tsc, vitest clean; webapp-rest, webapp and smoke-test compile on JDK 25; GraphCollectionRestServiceIT 16/16.

Each graph on the resource graphs pages gets an "Add to collection" button
(hidden for read-only users) that opens a dialog with title, timespan and a
collection select whose "New collection..." entry creates the holder in the
same flow. Replaces the legacy AngularJS add-to-ksc modal.
Delete the KSC Spring MVC controllers, JSPs, the ksc-wizard app and
/rest/ksc with its IT, and repoint everything that used them: the legacy
graph results helpers (now the graph-results app) and the header quick
search talk to /api/v2/graph-collections and link to the SPA, as do the
menu templates, the Reports page and the home page. The SPA list page
gains a node and domain picker for on-the-fly collections, replacing the
legacy index page's section. Docs and release notes updated; the KSC
smoke test is rewritten against the SPA as GraphCollectionsIT.
