docs: Free Student Ai Tokens — step-by-step viral guide + FreeLLMAPI export - #1

RESOURCES.md becomes the use-it-or-lose-them walkthrough (Workers Ai first, wired hops, Tier-2 mint names, key safety). Export FreeLLMAPI student path to docs/free-llm-api.md with upstream attribution. README and live /resources point at both paths.
