Strain showing 0 incorrectly

There have been activities and HR recorded through the day but the strain is saying 0.0, even when the strain screen shows strain

Same, I wonder if we can argue for training load (cumulative time in zones) being swapped for strain since that metric (while different) functions the way whoop users are accustomed to in that it goes up and stays up throughout the day. I think that would need to be a new issue though and this one would have to be closed as a duplicate.

I’ve had 2 workouts today and been pretty up and about as well, as strain has just showed 0 all day ?

That's definitely a bug, it shouldn't be showing 0.6 strain on a workout and then a flat line on the chart. Either the workout should be marked as zero strain or the strain chart should register it.
