Document Garage instead of MinIO as the object store #15

Solved in #16: every wiki page now describes Garage (dev) and an S3-compatible store (production) instead of MinIO; Getting-Started includes the GARAGE_RPC_SECRET step.
Follows OpenTaberna/fastapi#59: the dev stack replaces MinIO (removed from Docker Hub) with Garage.
Expected behaviour once solved
No wiki page describes MinIO. Getting-Started, Configuration, Deployment, home, API/Architecture and Orders-and-Fulfillment describe the Garage dev service, the
GARAGE_RPC_SECRETsetup step, and production as "any S3-compatible store".
