Storefront analytics endpoints are undocumented #9

The API gained POST /v1/analytics/events and GET /v1/admin/analytics/storefront (OpenTaberna/fastapi#47). Refreshing the snapshot makes the drift check fail with two undocumented paths.

Expected once solved

1. Both endpoints documented, including that the pre-order funnel steps are a floor while the paid step is exact.
2. Why the ingest endpoint is public, what it refuses to store, and why it needs no consent banner.
3. STOREFRONT_ANALYTICS_ENABLED in the configuration reference.
4. Snapshot refreshed and tools/check_wiki.py passing.
