Problem

The Tests workflow's pull_request path filter lists go.mod, which only matches a root-level go.mod. That file doesn't exist. The module lives in src/, so PRs that only change src/go.mod / src/go.sum never trigger Tests. That includes every Dependabot Go bump (#411, #413, #415, #416, #417, #426, #427, #428, #429), which currently get only Changie Gen and CodeQL.

Solution

Replace 'go.mod' with 'src/go.mod' and 'src/go.sum' in the pull_request.paths filter of .github/workflows/tests.yml. Pushes to main are unaffected, since that trigger has no path filter.

No changie entry, because nothing changes for customers (same as #424).

Checklist

  • I have run this code, and it appears to resolve the stated issue. (This PR edits tests.yml, which is already in the filter, so the Tests run on this PR is the check. After merge, rebased Dependabot PRs should start running Tests.)
  • This PR has no user interface changes or has already received approval from product management to change the interface.
  • Make a changie entry that explains the customer facing outcome of this change (N/A, CI-only)
