The repository and the image carried a demo setup:
config/(copied to/app/config),connectors/(copied to/app/connectors) andexamples/desired-state. Real deployments mount their own config and pull connectors from a project.config/andexamples/are removed; the image no longer COPYs a config or connectors. Mount the config at/app/configor setCONFIG_DIR.kvexample now live in unified-connectors (feat: add the connector SDK and the kv example unified-connectors#1); the tests run copies fromtests/connectors/.
