What's in this PR?
Adds the CNG Forum workshop post, timed to go out today alongside the Overture workshop at Snowbird.
It walks through the schema tooling we're teaching and invites people who can't attend to try it on their own data with the cng-snowbird branch and Codespace.
Closes #550
