blu-lyticsé um repositório público e os reusable workflows dePagnet/github-actionssão privados — o GitHub só permite que workflows privados sejam consumidos por repositórios privados da mesma organização. Com isso, o workflow falhava em todo gatilho (pull_requeste@claude) com "workflow file issue", sem criar jobs.Type of change
