Summary

Pin the coordinated Goals redesign across client, reader, and server and document their deployment order. Reader observations feed durable client activity; server ownership, aggregation, migration, and PowerSync streams support synchronized goals.

Component PRs target development: reader #5, server #12, and client #40. Merge these before the workspace pins. Versions remain unchanged.

Testing

Committed reader references agree. Client and reader integration checks, server migration/ownership tests, real EPUB/PDF Android/Chromium checks, and visual evidence are recorded in GOALS_INTEGRATION.md and the component PRs. Live two-device PowerSync transport remains unverified.

Deployment

Apply the server migration, publication/grants, PowerSync streams, and tracking capability before releasing the integrated client through the development-to-master workflow. Unrelated website changes are excluded.
