README only: remove the stale Server v1.6.410 consumer statement and point installation guidance to the current Server documentation. Keep immutable API Explorer v1.1.18 and its release link; clearly separate main dependency maintenance from the published artifact. Verified the release and current Server component recipe, link targets, and git diff --check. No artifact rebuild or platform tests are needed for this documentation-only change.
