Fixes two shared Certificate lifecycle paths, without changing authorization, schemas, private-key masking, or account teardown. Omitted cert updates forward unchanged; explicit invalid cert still returns 422. DELETE and remove actions now reject v2 alternate references with the existing 405 InvalidAction contract. Adds 17 focused JUnit tests plus alternate-reference integration regression; restoring the old implementations reproduces three omitted-field failures and the alternate-reference deletion gap. Focused tests pass. Full JDK25 packaging and normal CodeQL/security release gates are in progress; no complete platform QA claim. Numeric version 0.183.327, README and compatibility/release notes included. QA 8080 only; no production proxy or runtime patch.
