Release Web Console 1.6.155. Position shared jGrowl notices below the existing navbar height, cap width on narrow screens, and add a Chrome layout regression across light/dark, LTR/RTL, and 1440/375/280px. Local focused QUnit 1/1 and development/production builds passed. This does not change authz or API behavior. QA 8080 acceptance will be repeated after immutable Server packaging.
