- charts/mkurator: version + appVersion 0.15.2 -> 0.15.3 - CHANGELOG.md regenerated via git-cliff --tag v0.15.3 - docs: VERSION refs bumped; UPGRADE.md path table row 0.15.2 -> 0.15.3 Patch: dependency security maintenance. Ships google.golang.org/grpc 1.83.2 (GHSA-vp52-pcj8-j9qc, GHSA-2v4p-qf9q-27wj) and the OpenTelemetry SDK/OTLP exporters 1.45.0 (GHSA-8wmf-6v46-5gfg), plus the smol-toml docs tooling fix (GHSA-7w5x-hrqm-74c2). The changelog lists only the conventional-typed smol-toml commit because the Dependabot subjects do not parse; the UPGRADE.md row carries the runtime advisories. No API, CRD or behaviour change.

Release prep for v0.15.3 (patch): chart version, changelog, docs version references, UPGRADE row. Runtime dependency advisories closed since v0.15.2: grpc GHSA-vp52-pcj8-j9qc, GHSA-2v4p-qf9q-27wj; OpenTelemetry GHSA-8wmf-6v46-5gfg. Tag v0.15.3 follows once CI, Integration and E2E are green on the merged SHA.
