This PR changes the GitHub “push” webhook API route to run template propagation synchronously and return the propagation results in the webhook response, apparently to improve debugging visibility.
Changes:
- Switched from fire-and-forget propagation to
await TemplateUpdateService.propagateUpdate(...). - Added additional webhook logging and included
resultin the JSON response.
