update-setup-files.sh removes pgxntool/.github and pgxntool/.claude, which are pgxntool's own repo tooling and not meant to be embedded in projects.

Bump pgxntool from 1.1.1 to 2.1.0 (subtree pull +
update-setup-files.sh, which also prunes pgxntool's dev-onlypgxntool/.github/pgxntool/.claudedirectories). Mostly bug fixes: git worktree support, a control-file parsing bug, bash 3.2 compatibility, and a few others — seepgxntool/HISTORY.ascfor the full list.Replaces the earlier
update_pg_versionsbranch, which forked before PR #1 merged and had drifted (ahead on pgxntool version, missing PRs #3-#5). Built fresh off currentmaster.All 12 PG version CI jobs (9.3-17) pass.
make installcheckon PG17 shows one pre-existingzzz_buildfailure that also reproduces onmaster— not a regression.
