Sync the vendored
pgxntoolsubtree from 1.0.0 to Postgres-Extensions/pgxntool master, via the currentpgxntool-sync.shflow (subtree pull +update-setup-files.shreconcile: 3-way.gitignore, prune pgxntool's dev-only.github/.claude).Prerequisite for switching test_factory to the
test/install/framework. NOTE: will be re-pointed to the 2.1.0 release tag before merge.
