feat(ui): sortable table columns - #68

- utils/sortable: compareValues (numeric-aware), sortRows (empties last in both directions), toggleSort — 6 tests. - ResponsiveTable: sortable headers (TableSortLabel toggle, asc/desc), sorting applied before pagination. - Enabled on Orders (orderNumber/createdAt/total) and Invoices (invoiceNumber/issuedAt/grandTotal). - (Stale Vite transform cache was why invoices filters weren't visible; dev server restarted so code now served fresh.) Lint 0, 106 tests, build OK.

Adds click-to-sort columns on admin tables (Orders + Invoices wired; component supports any column with a sortKey). Pure tested helper. Lint 0 · 106 tests · build OK.
