Suggestion on revaluation of the Procal language

Aim: Coherence and readablity

Syntax

Assignment

Minutes

• Modes and States. Keep syntax propose.
• Reevaluation of Procal language. Keep old and new syntaxes for most cases.
• Array implementation and Function reevaluation as well as definition of in and out. Suggestion of adding return, but was not used.
• Math library to replace RJM's BigDecimalMath
• Abandon container approach of packaging both approximation decimal and exact fraction into one class instance. Turned to use interface solution.
