Add an option to show the device name inside the ring

What does this PR do?

Adds an option to show the device name inside the ring.

• Device name: Below ring / In ring. Below is the default and today's look. The panel shows names only when "Device names" is on.
• Inside, the face shows the glyph (smaller), the percentage and the name. The name sits in a UiModifier whose MaxWidth keeps its corners within the inner circle at the bottom of the face, and it shrinks before it truncates.
• The line below the ring goes, so the stacked tile and the panel's rings grow into its room.
• The wide tile keeps the name in its details.
• New previews: "Tile - name in ring", "Panel - names in rings".
