Summary

  • Thread an optional third argument through RAS reason() (adaptedReasonHandler, Python/TypeScript handlers, bash --mode jev|llm, and the ria-proxy __ria_reason bridge) so a single decision node can pass { mode: "jev" }.
  • Boolean, number, and $jev examples are the Jev-shaped cases. Omitting mode keeps the historical LLM path.
  • Re-export ReasonMode, ReasonOptions, and the Jev marker types from @one-agent/agent. No process-wide default, and reason auth still does not write MODE=jev.

Test plan

  • pnpm --filter @one-agent/agent typecheck
  • pnpm --filter @one-agent/ria-proxy typecheck
  • vitest run tests/bash-ras.test.ts tests/prompts.test.ts tests/bash.test.ts tests/typescript.test.ts
  • Evals left on the LLM path (no forced Jev)

Decision nodes can pass { mode: "jev" } (bash: --mode jev) with boolean, number, or $jev examples. Calls that omit mode stay on the LLM path. No process default and no reason-auth MODE change.
Say 快速有界判断 for boolean, number, or $jev decisions, and only append that prompt line when resolveJevBackend finds a typesafe or gateway backend. Unconfigured prompts stay the same as main.
Clarify Python/TypeScript third positional options and reject mode= kwargs.
Give bash-only CLI guidance with required --structure; drop JS object hint
from bash system prompts. Align runner docs and lock text in prompt tests.

Replace 快速有界判断 in Jev guidance strings across prompts, runner docs,
and tests. Call-shape instructions unchanged.

Use language-native option literals in runtime system prompts so models
copy the correct call shape; bash guidance is unchanged.
