Improve error handling on parse fail

SSE default content type is utf8, even the parse handle fail, the framework should throw an parse error with the source text, not just ignore and close connect.

I agree, the parser needs improvements and better error handling. I'll try to work on it soon. In the meantime, if you have any ideas for improvements, feel free to open a PR.
