Summary

  • Adds a new Frequently asked questions section at the end of the Discovery documentation page (content/en-us/discovery.md)
  • 24 FAQs organized into four categories: Algorithm questions, New games questions, Ads questions, and General questions
  • Uses the existing BaseAccordion component format for consistency with the rest of the page
  • Content sourced from the approved Discovery FAQs document

Notes

  • The source document is still marked as Draft with reviews pending from PM, PMM, Ads, Legal, and DevRel
  • Questions in the "Questions to Revisit Later" section of the source doc were excluded
  • Internal comments and annotations from the source doc were excluded

Test plan

  • Verify accordion components render correctly on the Creator Hub
  • Confirm all FAQ answers match the approved source document
  • Check internal links (#key-signals, acquisition analytics, best practices, etc.) resolve correctly

- What Roblox does or how the Discovery algorithm changes.
- Total users or people visiting the Home page.
- If other games are significantly more successful at engaging players, your game's distribution may decrease, even if your own engagement signals remain steady.

- Roblox treats them as already acquired, so the game generally will not be shown to that user again in RFY. It can instead appear in other sorts like Continue.
- Their later play, retention, and spend do not become RFY ranking signals, even if they return through Home. RFY signals are based on users organically acquired through Home Recommendations.
