You need to map tl_expected to cpp-expected in the robostack.yaml. I don't have write access in your fork.

The fork does not allow maintainer pushes, so I opened #26 against main. It preserves @Timple’s original commit/authorship and adds the dependency/header fixes needed to build pick_ik successfully with the current Lyrical stack.
